• Our oven has “reverse air re-circulation” for more efficient heat distribution. It’s like the difference between a conventional oven and a convection oven! Imagine the lower cycle times you could obtain.
• International Standards (UL, cUL, CSA, CE…) are all met with our standard panel, which enable the customer to gain local technical support wherever they are. We use components for superior quality.
• All wiring is integral and included with the machine upon start up, we only need to “plug & play” connections to the general panel. No need for the extra cost of electricians. The customer only needs to provide power to the general panel.
• All Rotoline machinery uses high efficient burner technology with physical and electrical redundant safety systems. It has constant monitoring of the burner control as well as all components have a worldwide support available.
• Rotoline systems incorporate a memory card for the PLC to provide seamless service and easy download for future upgrades.
• Electrical interference is eliminated by using terminal relays to all digital outputs.
• VFD (Variable Frequency Drives) is used with all moving components to eliminate mechanical shocks. Ramping up and down of exhaust fan, doors, carts, arms and plates increases component life cycles.
• Valve train has a high quality, robustness, and durability, again with worldwide support. The main frame is constructed from heavy wall tubing to provide a robust and heavy duty structure that can withstand the rigors of rotomolding.
• Our head block is cast steel with an enclosed ring and pinion to provide flawless service for years to come.
• All gears, chains and drives are fully protected with guards to ensure a safe environment for the operators.
• With Rotoline, only the arm enters the oven which translates into fuel savings from less absorption of heat. The carts move under the oven and all gear motors and chains are not introduced to heat, providing longer life and less service.
• Rotoline shuttle machines are designed for easy arm change over from offset to straight while the other arm keeps working.
