It consists of one support base only, for all machine parts (ELECTRICAL PANEL, CART AND OVEN). The oven of cylindrical horizontal shape, with 1.00 m diameter and 1.00 m width has a circulation fan and circulation ducts. The cart has one “L” offset arm, and drives including frequency inverters (VFD), cooling system with axial fans, spray nozzles and etc.
» Electric Part: Integral General Panel, with all wiring complete.
» Pneumatic Part: It is equipped with cylinders (move cart and doors) and valves that control air injection (hot and cold).
»Controls: The PLC controls all actuators, sensors and transducers through our advanced Manager System LAB 1.10 software, running at interface for the operator that includes an industrial computer, with 15” XGA TFT LCD display (touchscreen).
» Programmable Set-up for production (Recipes).
» Information on screen in real time of temperature, cooking and cooling time.
» Error and auto diagnosis on line messages on screen.
» Oven temperature historical data graphics available on screen or printed.
» Production Reports.
» Software with the option to be connected to the company main frame to monitor the machine, transfer information, generate reports and for technical assistance
